For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Care Credit. We are happy to bill your insurance for services however patient portion is due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 775-883-6700.
Please remember any services rendered are the sole responsibility of the patient or guardian regardless of insurance. Insurance companies have 30 days to reply to submitted claims. Statements are sent monthly to inform you of your account status and insurance payments. We will help you with maximizing your insurance benefits and interprit your plan to help minimize your out of pocket spending.
Financing is available to everyone through Care Credit on approved credit. Patients can apply in our office, on CareCredit.com or by calling 1-800-365-8295. Many financing plans qualify for interest free payment programs based on the amount financed.
